SET ESG Ratings “AAA” Award 2025
Index Living Mall Public Company Limited (ILM) has firmly established itself as a “sustainable organization,” achieving remarkable progress within just three years. Most recently, the Company attained the highest possible rating—“AAA” under the SET ESG Ratings 2025 in the Service sector, awarded by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). This achievement reflects a significant leap from a “BBB” rating in 2023, to “AA” in 2024, and ultimately to “AAA” in 2025.
The achievement underscores ILM’s strong commitment and robust operational capabilities, driven by its 3G strategy—with a strong focus on environmental stewardship—alongside strict adherence to transparent and sound corporate governance principles. The Company remains dedicated to continuously enhancing its capabilities to uphold and further elevate standards of excellence in sustainable investing across all dimensions.
Ms. Kritchanok Patamasatayasonthi, Managing Director of Index Living Mall Public Company Limited (ILM), a leading retailer of furniture, home furnishings, and home décor products, stated that ILM firmly believes that sustainability is the foundation of long-term business growth. This belief, combined with a strong commitment to decisive and consistent action under the Company’s ESG framework throughout 2025, has resulted in ILM receiving the highest-level “AAA” SET ESG Rating in the Service sector.
This milestone represents a further elevation from the “AA” rating in 2024 and “BBB” in 2023, and reflects the dedication, teamwork, and collective efforts of the Company’s management and employees in successfully driving ESG policies into tangible outcomes. The achievement aligns with ILM’s corporate goals and strategies that prioritize sustainability across all dimensions, including environmental, social, economic, and corporate governance aspects, reinforcing the Company’s vision of becoming a strong, resilient, and sustainably growing organization.
Throughout 2025, ILM’s environmental initiatives emphasized the 3G Pillars: Great Experience, Green Planet, and Grow Together. These initiatives included the delivery of eco-friendly products and the use of recycled materials to promote sustainable living among customers. The Company advanced toward Net Zero through clean energy management such as solar rooftop installations, green logistics, and comprehensive waste reduction measures. Collaboration with business partners and employees was strengthened to build a green supply chain that enables sustainable growth together.
On the social dimension, ILM recognizes that people’s quality of life and well-being are at the heart of true sustainability. In response to flooding disasters affecting several southern provinces of Thailand, ILM undertook urgent relief efforts by providing financial support to Songklanagarind Hospital (Prince of Songkla University) and the Organization Doing Good Foundation, led by Ms. Panadda Wongphudee. The assistance helped victims in eight provinces—Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Trang, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat—by supporting medical care and basic living needs.
A critical foundation of ILM’s sustainability journey is corporate governance, grounded in integrity and transparency. In 2025, ILM was honored with the Sustainability Disclosure Recognition Award from the Thaipat Institute, affirming the Company’s transparent and comprehensive disclosure of sustainability information for the benefit of the public and all stakeholders.
Furthermore, ILM continues to uphold stringent anti-corruption standards. Since joining the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) in 2022, the Company successfully obtained its first membership recertification for the period 2025–2028. This continued certification reflects ILM’s robust governance practices under CAC criteria and reinforces its commitment to ethical, transparent, and corruption-free business conduct—building trust among customers, business partners, and stakeholders in the shared pursuit of sustainable growth.
