Mattress take-back program for proper disposal

To help address the issue of managing large waste items such as mattresses, the Company has continued a campaign to collect old mattresses. The program involves coordinating with agencies or the delivery team, which delivers new mattresses to customers’ homes and retrieves old mattresses at the same time. Usable mattresses are redistributed or partially donated, while mattresses that are no longer in usable condition are sent for proper disposal and destruction to prevent harm to the community and the environment. This program has been continuously implemented since 2014, with over 19 mattresses participating so far. However, due to damage and unusable condition, these mattresses are sent for proper disposal and destruction following established procedures.
