The Company places great importance on creating employment opportunities for the community through projects such as “Resting Chair” and “Tao Kae Noi.” These initiatives aim to provide fast and efficient delivery and installation services to meet customer needs while ensuring operational sustainability. By hiring external personnel to assist with product delivery and installation alongside Company staff, the projects help address skilled labor shortages and offer participants the opportunity to earn income and develop professional skills.

In 2024, the Company’s distribution center organized training sessions on product installation for project participants to ensure they could perform tasks according to established standards. The training also enhanced their knowledge of assembling components and furniture, aiming to elevate service quality and increase customer satisfaction.

The number of technicians in the Tao Kae Noi project accounts for 70% of the Company’s total delivery and installation technicians, reflecting the Company’s commitment to enhancing efficiency in delivery management.
