Index Living Mall Public Company Limited (ILM) has announced a major digital transformation initiative, investing over THB 120 million to upgrade its technological foundation through the implementation of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Retail, becoming the first retail business in Thailand to adopt this advanced system.

The upgrade marks a strategic milestone as ILM accelerates toward full digital integration, enhancing real‑time data visibility, supply chain efficiency, inventory accuracy, customer insights, and data‑driven marketing—reinforcing its position as the leading living lifestyle mall in Thailand and preparing for future challenges in the evolving retail landscape.
