Activities to Encourage Employees to Participate in the Responsible Use of Resources

The Company recognizes the importance of conserving, maintaining, and using resources responsibly, benefiting both employees and the Company’s environment. Therefore, it focuses on promoting knowledge, campaigns, and raising awareness among employees through a variety of activities, such as:

• Promote knowledge, training, and internal communication on environmental awareness and responsible resource use through internal media, such as emails under the campaign name “Yellow Is The New Green” and posters displayed within the Company.
• Foster environmental consciousness by encouraging employees to use personal cups instead of single-use plastic cups and cloth bags to promote eco-friendly habits and jointly reduce plastic waste.
• Support employees in recycling and reusing materials, such as using both sides of paper.
• Encourage the use of electronic documents instead of paper.
• Promote energy-saving practices, such as using stairs instead of elevators and turning off lights during breaks.
• Campaign for water and electricity conservation by posting awareness signs at points of water and electricity use.
