The Company focuses on using technology to streamline internal processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce reliance on manual procedures. This helps minimize errors, increase speed, and promote sustainable operations. Key projects include the following:

  • IndexGPT (Generative AI for Internal Use). The Company has developed an internal Generative AI tool to collect data from various systems, such as SAP and other organizational databases, and summarize it in an easily understandable format. This enables executives and employees to efficiently access critical information needed for operations or strategic decision-making. Access to data is clearly controlled according to each employee’s role and department to strictly prevent the leakage of sensitive Company and customer information.
  • Proof of Delivery Application. The Company has developed an electronic signature storage system and real-time delivery status tracking for its delivery processes. This reduces paper usage, increases transparency, minimizes errors and disputes in product delivery, and includes a delivery navigation system that enhances efficiency and shortens delivery time.
  • Power App for Operational Workflow. The Company has developed simple internal support applications using Power Apps, such as EDC (Electronic Data Capture) management systems, in-store utility management systems, and accounting management systems like Promissory Note and Credit Note. These projects help improve work efficiency and reduce employees’ working time.
  • Upgrading the ERP system to SAP S/4 HANA, a more modern and secure system, reducing the risk of unauthorized data modification and enhancing the management of critical operational data.
