The Company places great importance on occupational health, safety, and the well-being of employees, contractors, business partners/suppliers, and other stakeholders. Recognizing the value of life and the hazards arising from potential risks that may cause personal injury or property damage, the Company has established procedures for hazard identification and risk assessment. Risk mitigation and control plans are also implemented to reduce hazards to a minor or acceptable level, while safety inspections are regularly conducted on equipment, tools/machinery, and vehicles.Additionally, safety performance is evaluated and monitored through an annual QSHE Audit. The Company also promotes safety awareness and knowledge by providing intensive and role-specific safety training according to the nature of potential hazards, fostering a strong safety culture within the organization.

As a result of the implementation of the program and the collaboration of all departments, the Lost Time Injury Rate (LTIFR) among employees was 5.735 per one million working hours, representing a 24.32%, decrease compared to 2023. For contractors and business partners/suppliers, the LTIFR was at 0.193 per one million working hours.
