Data Leakage Prevention Program

The Company places great importance on preventing data leaks and the misuse of personal data. Accordingly, it has established an operational plan and corresponding preventive and corrective measures as follows:

• Strictly comply with laws and regulations, and continuously develop operational guidelines.
• Maintain a Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) for personal data.
• Regularly review and improve data leakage prevention tools, and enhance detection of data transfers to external destinations.
• Provide training on Personal Data Protection (PDPA) and Cybersecurity.
• Develop response plans and regularly test operational procedures.
