Employment Program for Students, People with Disabilities, and the Elderly

The Company promotes the recruitment and employment of students, people with disabilities, and the elderly, providing them with the same care and benefits as regular employees, and also supports employment in collaboration with government programs.

• Employment of Students The Company promotes the employment of students through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with educational institutions under the project “Collaboration to Promote Employment for Students During School Breaks or Free Periods.” This initiative encourages students to use their free time productively, develop work skills, and earn income to help support their families. In 2024, a total of 125 students were employed.
• Providing Employment Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities The Company continues its corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts to continuously promote persons with disabilities by employing persons with disabilities as Company staff and providing ongoing support for them to have stable careers. In 2024, a total of 45 persons were employed. Therefore, this commitment to consistently provide employment opportunities for persons with disabilities led the Company to receive the Outstanding Organization Supporting Persons with Disabilities Award for the year 2024, at the Excellent Level, for the fifth consecutive year (2020-2024), from the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security.
• Promoting the employment of the elderly The Company recognizes the value of the elderly and promotes their employment to create income stability, value, and pride for them. In 2024, a total of 4 persons were employed.
