Learning through online programs and Product knowledge training for in-store staff/frontline employees

In 2024, the Company launched a personnel development project through a Digital Learning Platform, focusing on enhancing product and service knowledge for frontline/in-store employees. The project was designed as a comprehensive and easily accessible learning platform.

This learning system offers content covering every dimension of products and services, allowing employees to consistently access knowledge and effectively apply it to their actual work. Moreover, the content is tailored to suit target groups with no prior experience, enabling new personnel to quickly learn fundamental skills and product knowledge. This development elevates the expertise of frontline staff, boosts their confidence in service delivery, and increases their potential to present products appropriately to meet customer needs.
