The Company has a proactive personnel development plan involving the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to enhance work efficiency. Two key technology skill development projects have been initiated:

5.1) The first project is the Notion AI course, which focuses on developing the knowledge and skills necessary to apply Artificial Intelligence for project management. The content is designed to enable employees to utilize AI tools to tangibly enhance project management efficiency.

5.2) The second project is the Index GPT course, an innovation developed internally within the organization to promote the effective and ethical use of AI technology. This program facilitates employees in applying AI to enhance work efficiency and reduce the time spent on daily routine tasks.
