Promoting Learning in Sustainability and Good Corporate Governance
The Company places significant importance on enhancing awareness and understanding of sustainable development among personnel at all levels through a comprehensive capability development program covering the dimensions of sustainability and Good Corporate Governance. The objective is for every employee to recognize their role in driving the organization toward its sustainable development goals.
In 2024, the Company organized two mandatory key courses: the Anti-Corruption course and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) course. These courses were designed to be accessible to both new and current employees through a blended learning format, including online learning and classroom training, to ensure all employees can effectively access the knowledge and align it with their roles and responsibilities.
