The Company implements innovation projects aimed at responding to consumer behaviors in the digital era, using technology to enhance services to be modern, flexible, and highly satisfying. Key project examples include the following:

  • Generative AI for Interior Design The Company utilizes Generative AI technology to assist designers in creating accurate interior furniture layout simulations according to customer preferences. The system can display results in real time and immediately adjust size, style, or perspective, enhancing convenience for customer purchasing decisions and elevating personalized interior design consultation.
  • Line Official Notification for Delivery The Company has developed a delivery status notification project using Line Notify instead of SMS to ensure that customers receive official messages from the Company, reduce the risk of SMS scams, provide accurate delivery information, minimize complaints, and build confidence in after-sales service.
  • Line Connect x Gift Voucher System The Company has developed a discount coupon redemption system through the Line application, replacing paper and SMS coupons, allowing Joy Member members to conveniently exchange points for discount coupons. Customer usage data is also collected to analyze customer engagement and design benefits that align with future needs.
