The Company emphasizes centralized data management to support strategic planning and data-driven decision-making, implementing modern data analysis and management systems as follows:

  • Promotion Optimization. The Company uses AI and Machine Learning to analyze customer price sensitivity and forecast future sales, product demand, and profits to determine the most optimal discount pricing at each period. This ensures marketing campaigns are highly effective, reduces excess costs, and increases promotion profitability.
  • Salesforce CRM & CDP. The Company has developed an integrated system for collecting and analyzing customer data across all channels through Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP). This allows for more efficient customer data management and enables precise, targeted, and timely personalized marketing strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
  • BI Modernization The Company has developed a reliable and modern centralized data storage system through an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), enabling employees to access accurate, complete, and timely data.
